How can I send back a warranty or return a new item?

Please fill-in our Warranty form and send it together with the returned goods to the address below. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping costs for returns of goods have to be paid by the purchaser. Please always send insured packages. In case of non-insured goods, we can not give a refund, nor can forwarders, for damaged or lost packages.

What kind of goods can be reurned?

All items from our range of products can be returned within 30 days from receipt of goods. We will issue a credit note only for new and undamaged goods (included packaging). Special orders (all wheelsets which you configured except STOCK WHEELS) that have been placed directly for you are not included and can not be returned (except for warranty issues).
